Return and Warranty Policy

We make the process of returning and exchanging your products easy. If you wish to try our products, order them from our website and enjoy a 14-day trial period. If the items do not meet your expectations, return them by indicating the reason for the return in your account and printing the return label.

Once we receive your product at our workshop located near Rennes, France, we will conduct a thorough quality check to verify its condition. Please note that if the products have been used, no refund or exchange will be possible.

All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange your item for life, with no additional conditions, demonstrating our commitment to the quality and durability of our products.

To claim the warranty, simply contact our Aurak team at contact@aurak-protection.com. We will respond as soon as possible. To expedite the processing of your request, please include the following information in your message: the product model, the year of purchase, the place of purchase (online or in-store), the receipt if available, and photos illustrating the problem encountered.

Yes, we offer installment payment by credit card. You have the option to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments.

We deliver throughout Europe and America. When confirming your order, you will have a wide range of countries to choose from for your delivery destination.

If you made a mistake during the ordering process, please contact us quickly at contact@aurak-protection.com with your order number and the correct delivery address. We will correct your order before it leaves our warehouses.

The basic delivery option is free and allows you to receive your products in approximately 2 business days within mainland France, and within a week elsewhere. We are also working to offer you pick-up point options for your convenience.

Our deliveries require a signature. If you are at a different address, the courier will contact you to arrange the receipt of the package and the signing of the delivery note. Make sure to plan your delivery times well to avoid any issues.

Products and Safety

For our helmets, we offer various sizes (S/M/L/XL) with corresponding head circumferences.

To choose the right helmet, take the time to measure your head circumference before finalizing your order. If, despite your precautions, the chosen size does not fit, simply consult our return policy. We offer the possibility to rectify your size choice hassle-free, provided the products have never been used.

Please note that sizes may vary depending on the range (ski / equestrian).

Absolutely. All our helmets comply with the most rigorous safety standards. Each one is certified by the French laboratory Pourquery, ensuring their compliance with the highest safety standards.

The regulatory lifespan of a helmet is 5 years.

It is necessary to replace it:

  • In case of impact or fall,
  • If exposed to temperatures above 62°C (e.g., behind a window or inside a car on a hot and sunny day),
  • If it has been handled roughly or compressed,
  • If it is scratched,
  • If the size no longer fits.

We recommend cleaning your helmet only with water and mild soap. Avoid using hydrocarbons, cleaning liquids, paints, or decals, as they could damage the helmet and compromise its effectiveness in the event of an accident.
