The Falcon X Phase II embodies the very essence of Aurak’s craftsmanship. Its forged carbon shell, enhanced with inlaid gold leaf petals, gives it a unique and deep visual identity. Each piece is different: a helmet as a signature. Designed for demanding riders, this model blends technical materials, luxurious finishes and absolute comfort both on and off the slopes.

Our expertise
Our helmets are topstitched, sewn, assembled and finished entirely by hand, meaning each one is almost unique. This is why slight differences may appear between two helmets of the same model.

What is forged carbon?
Unlike traditional woven carbon, forged carbon is made of short carbon fiber fragments compressed into a resin matrix at high pressure and temperature. This process, known as Forming In Place, results in an ultra-lightweight, highly resistant material with a distinctive, random pattern.
In the FALCON X Phase II, this forged carbon is further enhanced with genuine gold leaf petals, adding brilliance and sophistication to each piece. Each helmet becomes a unique work of art, blending advanced technology and exceptional craftsmanship.
